The GPA calculation is based on the CSI's Cumulative GPA found in the catalog.
Application deadline for fall candidacy is May 15th. (Early fall deadline is April 1st.)
Application deadline for spring candidacy is October 1st. (Early spring deadline is September 1st.)
Students who submit their application prior to falls’ deadline of April 1st, or spring's deadline of October 1st and meet ALL admission *qualifications for the program, will be immediately accepted upon approval after deadline date. If more students are received than are seats available, the point system will apply. Submitting the application prior to this deadline allows the student a chance to complete **compliance documentation early. If compliance has been completed and verified early, the student will be able to register for courses and have the priority of choosing their preferred clinical day of those available.
*Qualifications include all required items listed and all pre-requisites completed. Courses that are in-progress at the time of application will not be counted as completed.

Required math (MATH 153 Elementary Statistics is preferred as it meets BSN requirements) and science courses must be completed within the last five (5) years.

When ready to take the TEAS test, CSI Testing Center can assist with the creating of the account and paying for the test when student is ready to take the TEAS test.

You can take the TEAS Exam on-campus at a CSI Testing Center or at a PSI National Testing Center.

Students who are out-of-state or remotely must select either TEAS at ATI or TEAS at PSI option.
The program admits both Fall and Spring semesters.
The first semester nursing course, NURR 110: Fundamentals of Nursing, is a 16-week course offering theory/lab on Monday and Wednesday and clinical on Tuesday, Thursday, or Friday.
The second semester nursing course, NURR 114: Beginning Medical/Surgical Nursing, is a 16-week course offering theory/lab on Monday and Wednesday and clinical Tuesday or Thursday.
The third semester nursing course, NURR 214: Advanced Medical/Surgical Nursing, is a 16-week course offering theory/lab on Tuesday and Thursday and clinical on Monday or Wednesday.
The fourth semester nursing courses, NURR 215: Maternal/Newborn & Pediatric Nursing, is a 16-week course offering theory/lab on Thursday and clinical Monday or Wednesday; the NURR 217: Capstone is a 16-week hybrid course focused on NCLEX-RN examination preparation and transition to nursing practice whereby students complete clinical hours with an assigned registered nurse in an approved health care organization.
There are two (2) routes:
