The Idaho State Department of Education is offering assistance to all students, who attend a public high school in Idaho, in grades 7-12 through a program called Fast Forward.
Idaho public school students in grades 7-12 automatically qualify for $4,125 to pay for dual credits, overload courses, and exams. Students at tribal schools and public charter schools also qualify for Fast Forward.
Students must register for classes with CSI and apply for funding in the Advanced Opportunities Portal to claim their funding. Please note, these are 2 separate processes. Fast Forward money does not pay out of district fees, text books, course supplies or course fees outside of allowed tuition allotments.
