Agreement

  • Group requests must be made at least two weeks in advance.
  • In order to provide an excellent campus visit experience for a student group, we must limit the size of the group to a maximum of 75 students and require one chaperone for every 10 students.
  • Requests are handled on a first come, first served basis. Once a date has been requested and filled we cannot accept any additional visit requests for that day.
  • Cancellation of visits must occur at least 24 hours in advance.
  • It is the responsibility of the chaperones to attend all session with their students, including the campus tour.
  • Notify the Office of Admissions if a late arrival is anticipated. Scheduled activities may need be adjusted or cancelled for groups arriving more than 20 minutes late.
